Marco Costantini

Marco Costantini is a Level 3 roachingowing coach and one of the most experienced rowing figures in Italian club and coastal rowing.

Since 1994, he has led the rowing program at TeLiMar Palermo, coaching athletes to multiple World Championship titles, European medals and international success.

Marco has also collaborated with the Italian Junior National Team and brings decades of experience in athlete development, rowing operations and Italian rowing culture.

At TravelRow, Marco helps create authentic rowing experiences that combine elite standards with the warmth and character of Italy.

Riccardo Dei Rossi

Riccardo Dei Rossi is a three-time Olympian and Olympic silver medallist in rowing, representing Italy at the Barcelona 1992, Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

Alongside his Olympic career, Riccardo won multiple World Championship medals for Italy and spent decades working within elite international rowing environments.

At TravelRow, Riccardo combines Olympic-level rowing experience with deep local knowledge and long-standing relationships across Italy to help deliver seamless camps, regattas and rowing experiences.
